Bisceglie in Puglia, Italy
Bisceglie is one of many port seaside towns along the Adriatic Sea located in Puglia, Italy. It’s a small, sleepy town with the usual vespas, scooters, motorcyclists and cars trying to vie for parking and road space. Its coastline is made up of large and small rocks that many Italian and German tourists flock to every summer. I prefer Bisceglie to many of its neighbours in the area because of its long boardwalk made for walking and cycling, and the relatively smaller population. It’s still busy during the months of July and August, but in the other months, you have a lot of beach to yourself in comparison to most Italian beaches.
